| Abstract: | Neovascularization is a crucial component of cancer cell growth and progression,therefore it has been demonstrated that antiangiogenic therapy could be an important strategy and study hotspot as anti-tumor treatment.This review gives a brief background of breast cancer angiogenesis,also focuses on current progress in the field of antiangiogenic therapy for breast cancer and questions for future therapeutic development. |
