不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果对比研究

目的了解和分析本院不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率，为临床各科室提供有价值的流行病学参考。方法选取2013年2-6月临床标本1876份，2013年7～11月临床标本1870份。检测细菌阳性率。结果2013年2～6月间，我院血液、尿液以及呼吸道标本的阳性率分别为13．82％、39．18％、48．98％，均高于2013年7～11月间相同标本阳性率（9．59％、32．65％、41．31％），差异有统计学意义（X^2=3．8479，P=0．0498；X^2=4．1968，P=0．0405；X^2=6．0739，P=0．0137）。两个时间段内痰液标本阳性率比较（20．54％vs19．62％），差异无统计学意义（x^2=0．0236，P=0．8778）。结论分析不同时间段医院临床标本微生物检测的阳性率情况可为临床各科室提供有意义的流行病学参考信息．同时可提高临床诊断水平，指导临床疗效观察及预后判断。

Comparative study of positive rate results of different clinical microbiological specimen examination

Objective To understand and analyze the positive rate of the different clinical specimens of microbiological examination, provide epidemiology reference value for clinical departments. Methods A total of 1876 clinical speci- mens from February to June 2013 and 1870 clinical specimens from July to November 2013 were respectively selected, to exam the positive rate of bacteria. Results From February to June 2013, the positive rate of blood, urine and respiratory specimens in our hospital were respectively 13.82%, 39.18% and 48.98%, were higher than that in July to November 2013 （9.59%, 32.65%, 41.31%） ,was statistical significance （X^2=3.8479 ,P=0.0498 ;X^2=4.1968 ,P=0.0405 ;X^2=6.0739, P= 0.O137）,the comparative difference of the positive rates of sputum specimens in two periods （20.54% vs 19.62%）, had no statistical significance （X^2=0.0236,P=0.8778）. Conclusion The analysis of the positive rates of clinical microbiological specimens examination in the hospital in different periods can provide meaningful clinical epidemiological reference information for variously clinical departments, at the same time, it also can improve clinical diagnosis level and guide the observation of clinical curative effect and prognosis judgement.
