还原型谷胱甘肽治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将2013年5~12月我院治疗的新生儿黄疸124例随机分为两组,对照组采取常规综合治疗,实验组在常规综合治疗基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽静脉注射治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组的治疗总有效率96.77%,明显高于对照组的82.26%,且实验组治疗后血MDA及红细胞NADPH水平改善明显（P〈0.05）。同时两组患儿均未出现过敏、心肾功能损伤及皮疹等不良反应,且血常规、尿常规无明显变化。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿在常规综合治疗基础上加用还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,安全有效,具有积极的临床意义。

The clinical value and feasibility study of glutathione in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

Objective To study the clinical value and feasibility of glutathione in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods 124 patients with jaundice of newborn children 5~12 month from May 2013 to December in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group took routine treatment, while patients in the ex- perimental group on the basis of conventional therapy to glutathione intravenous drug injection therapy. The clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results In the experimental group jaundice of newborn children with clin- ical treatment of the disease the total efficiency of 96.77% was significantly higher than that in control group 82.26%, and experimental group after treatment with plasma MDA and erythrocyte NADPH level improved significantly （P〈0.05）. At the same time, the two groups had no adverse reaction, heart and kidney function damage and skin rash, and urine routine, blood routine had no obvious change. Conclusion Given basic routine comprehensive in treatment of neonatal jaundice with glutathione treatment, is more safe and effective, which has positive clinical significance.
