| 摘 要： | 目的研究热敏灸配合毓麟珠治疗肾气虚型黄体功能不全不孕的作用。方法将符合标准的100例患者分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组腧穴热敏灸配合内服毓麟珠，对照组单纯内服毓麟珠。观察两组治疗前后疗效、子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡最大直径、血清孕酮激素水平改善及妊娠的情况。结果治疗组总有效率、妊娠率均高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组在子宫内膜厚度、优势卵泡最大直径与治疗前均有显著改善．孕酮水平显著升高（P〈0．01），且治疗组高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论热敏灸配合毓麟珠在改善和健全黄体功能方面有着较理想的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the thermal moxibustion treatment of kidney deficiency syndrome Yulin beads luteal infertility role. Methods A total of 100 patients meet the criteria divided into treatment group and control group of 50 patients treated with oral acupoints thermal moxibustion Yulin beads, beads control group were orally Yulin. Observed before and after treatment efficacy, endometrial thickness, the maximum diameter of the dominant follicle, serum progesterone hormone levels and improve the situation of pregnancy. Results The total effective rate, pregnancy rate higher（P〈0.05）; In endometrial thickness, the largest dominant follicle diameters were significantly improved with the treatment of the two groups before treatment, progesterone levels were significantly elevated（P〈0.01 ）,and the treatment group was higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Thermal moxibustion with Yulin beads in improving and perfecting the luteal phase has a more satisfactory clinical efficacy. |
