乌灵胶囊对伴卒中后抑郁的急性脑梗死患者预后的影响

目的观察乌灵胶囊对伴卒中后抑郁的急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法将符合要求的170例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各85例。两组患者均给予常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用乌灵胶囊。所有患者于治疗前、治疗后的14d、28d进行HAMD和神经功能缺损评分以及日常生活活动能力评分，比较两组间是否存在差异。结果治疗前两组HAMD评分、神经功能缺损评分以及日常生活活动能力评分比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；治疗后14d、28d治疗组HAMD评分和神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组，日常生活活动能力评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01），且无不良反应。结论乌灵胶囊对伴卒中后抑郁的急性脑梗死患者抑郁的改善和神经功能缺损的康复具有良好的效果。能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的预后。

Effect of Wuling capsule on prognosis of acute cerebral infarction with poststroke depression

Objective To observe the effect of Wuling capsule on prognosis of acute cerebral infarction with poststroke depression. Methods A total of 170 patients with poststroke depression were divided into two groups randomly, each of 85 cases. In the treatment group, the patients were given Wuling capsule.Conventional treatments for patients of both groups were the same. The levels of the HAMD and the neurologicimpairment scores and Barthel index were noted down before the treatment and 14 d and 28 d after the treatment. Then the two groups were compared. Results There were not significant differences between levels of the HAMD and the neurologicimpairment scores and Barthel index of the two groups before the treatment （P〉0.05）.The HAMD and the neurologicimpairment scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group on 14 d and 28 d after the treatment （P〈0.05）.The level of Barthel index of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group on 14 d and 28 d after the treatment （P〈0.05）. The clinical effect of the treatment group was more striking than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wuling capsule is effective to treat poststroke depression and to fasten the comeback of neurologicimpairment and it can improve significantly prognosis of acute cerebral infarction with poststroke depression.
