三阴乳腺癌组织中Ki67表达与临床病理的关系及意义

目的检测TNBC癌组织中Ki67的表达,探讨其与各临床病理特征的关系以及临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测61例TNBC癌组织和522例NTNBC癌组织中的Ki67的表达情况,分析其与三阴乳腺癌组和非三阴乳腺癌组的临床病理特征的关系。结果 Ki67在TNBC组织中阳性率为90.2%,较NTNBC阳性率高,具有统计学意义,且表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期、组织学分级相关;与年龄、淋巴结有无转移无关。结论在TNBC癌组织中Ki67表达的阳性率与肿瘤大小、临床分期、组织学分级相关,级别越高,阳性表达率越高。Ki67有望作为一种有潜力的独立的肿瘤标志物,用于辅助并评估TNBC疗效及预后。

Expression of Ki67 in triple-negative breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathologic significance

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of expression of Ki67 in triple negative breast cancer（TNBC） and its correlation with the clinicopathological characteristics. Methods The expression of Ki67 in 61 cases of TNBC and 522 cases of non-TNBC were assessed by immunohistochemistry and its correlation with clinicopathological factors was statistically analyzed between TNBC group and non-TNBC group. Results The positive rate of Ki67 was90.2% in TNBC group, which was significantly higher than that in non-TNBC group. The positive rate of Ki67 in TNBC group was correlated with the of the tumor size, clinical stage, histological grade in TNBC tissues, but not with the age and the lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Compared with non-TNBC group patients, the expression of Ki67 in TNBC group was positively correlated with tumor size, clinical stage, histological grade. Ki67 is expected to be a more independent and sensitive tumor marker to evaluate the therapy and prognosis of TNBC than traditional indicators.
