患病对围绝经期综合征及抑郁发生的影响

目的:了解河北各地区城乡女性的围绝经期症状及抑郁程度,患慢性疾病状况,与患病的相关性。方法:选取河北7个地区按照城乡分层,每个地区100例,城乡各50例,共700例45～55岁的妇女。问卷由基本资料部分、Kupperman评分表和抑郁自评量表(CES-D)组成。结果:被调查者中,有围绝经期综合征者95.22%,肯定有抑郁者21.37%,患有慢性疾病者49.28%。患病与否与围绝经期综合征和抑郁的发生相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:河北城乡女性围绝经期综合征及抑郁发生率高,患慢性疾病发生率高应引起重视。

Effects of diseases on perimenopausal syndrome and depression

Objective:To understand the perimenopausal symptoms and degrees of depression,chronic diseases,and their correlation with diseases.Methods:7 areas in Hebei province were selected and stratified according to urban areas and rural areas,100 cases in each area(including 50 cases in urban areas and 50 cases in rural areas),totally 700 women aged 45~55 years old were included in the study.The questionnaire included basic information,Kupperman rating scale and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D).Results:Among the respondents,the incidences of perimenopausal syndrome,diagnosed depression and chronic diseases were 95.22%,21.37% and 49.28%,respectively.The occurrence of diseases was related to depression(P<0.001).Conclusion:The incidences of perimenopausal syndrome and depression among the urban and rural perimenopausal women in Hebei are high,the high incidence of chronic diseases should be paid more attention to.
