| 摘 要： | 目的:研究儿童早期发展的科学干预活动对婴幼儿生长发育的影响效果。方法:用随机抽样原则分实验组和对照组。两组儿童均自出生后接受儿童保健系统管理中常规生长发育监测和精神发育评估指导;同时,实验组儿童还自胎儿5个月开始,实施该院自行设计、符合婴幼儿早期发展特点和发育规律的科学训练方案至婴儿期。两组儿童均在1岁和3岁时采用盖瑟尔(Gesell)婴幼儿发育量表测试其神经心理发育水平。结果:体格发育指标在1岁和3岁时两组儿童中差异均无统计学意义。但发育年龄(DA)及发育商(DQ)在1岁时,实验组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在3岁时实验组发育年龄(DA)和发育商(DQ)均高于对照组,其中言语能区和应人能区2个能区差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童早期发展的科学干预活动可促进婴幼儿的智能发育,并可产生深远的长期持续影响。
