| 摘 要： | 目的：了解血中血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）和同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）检测在再生障碍性贫血（AA）和营养不良性贫血诊断中的意义。方法：通过对AA、缺铁性贫血（IA）和巨幼细胞性贫血（MA）患者血中VEGF和Hcy检测,观察3组贫血患者检测结果并与正常对照组进行比较分析。结果：AA组血中VEGF浓度较正常明显减低,Hcy浓度较正常增高,差异无统计学意义;IA组血中VEGF和Hcy浓度均较正常增高,差异均无统计学意义;MA组血中VEGF和Hcy浓度均较正常明显增高。结论：VEGF与Hcy检测对AA和IA、MA的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要意义。
