| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新生儿胃肠功能障碍的病因及防治措施。方法:对96例新生儿胃肠功能障碍患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:新生儿胃肠功能障碍原发病首位是新生儿窒息/缺氧缺血性脑病(39.58%),其次是早产儿(25.00%),重症感染(18.75%)。结论:有高危因素的新生儿应监测胃肠功能,及早发现胃肠功能障碍并早期干预治疗对控制其发展并阻断其他器官相继序贯性衰竭至关重要。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the causes,prevention and treatment measures of neonatal gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:The clinical data of 96 neonates with gastrointestinal dysfunction were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The causes of gastrointestinal dysfunction were neonatal asphyxia/hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(39.58%),preterm birth infants(25.00%) and severe infection(18.75%).Conclusion:The neonates with high risk factors should receive the detection of gastrointestinal function;finding gastrointestin... |
