| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药配合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。[方法]将96例随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组48例,采用中药配合围刺治疗;对照组48例应用西药卡马西平治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为95.45%,对照组为68.42%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]中药联合围刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛可以起到很好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective]To observe the effects of Wai thorn treatment of postherpetic neuralgia gill clinical effect. [ Methods ] 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 48 cases, using traditional Chinese medicine combined Wai thorn ; control group, 48 cases of application of western medicine carbamazepine therapy.[Results] The total effective rate was 95.45% , 68.42% in control group, two groups had significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ） , treatment group was more effective than the control group. [ Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine combined Wai thorn treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can play a very good therapeutic effect. |
