| Abstract: | The current work state and source of pressure of university teachers are analyzed in this paper.It also primarily explores the connotation of harmonious educational and teaching environment as well as its relationship with university teachers' physical and mental state.At the same time,some strategies and methods are proposed for paying attention to teachers and relieving their pressure from work. |
