颅内动脉支架置入术治疗脑缺血的应用研究

目的探讨通过颅内动脉支架置入术（CAS）治疗脑缺血,在预防与延迟致死性中风的发生、发展中的作用,及安全性、近期临床疗效。方法对入选的20例颅内动脉狭窄的患者,于颈内动脉、椎基底动脉及大脑中动脉狭窄处行支架置入治疗。结果 20例患者所有23枚支架置入均一次成功,术后造影显示,支架位置准确,膨胀良好,支架内及远端血管血流通畅。置入后随访,均未出现TIA及其他临床症状。结论颅内动脉支架置入术治疗缺血性脑血管病安全、创伤性小,近期疗效明显,远期疗效还需进一步随访观察。

The application research of carotid angioplasty and stenting therapy in Cerebra ischemia

Object To evaluate the role,safety,recent clinical curative effect of carotid angioplasty and stenting therapy in Cerebral ischemia.Methods In 20 patients with intracranial artery stenosis,stents treatment was done in intracranial artery,vertebrobasilar artery and the middle cerebral artery.Results In 20 patients the 23 stents were placed at one time successfully,and postoperative imaging showed stents position accurately,Inflation good stent and distal vascular blood flow.The follow up showed no TIA or other clinical symptoms.Conclusions The technology of carotid angioplasty and stenting therapy in Cerebral ischemia are safety,traumatic small.The recent efficacy is obvious.The long-term outcome need further follow-up.
