3D平板探测器在颅内动脉瘤栓塞治疗中测量误差的分析

摘    要:
目的探讨3D平板探测器的锥形射线束对颅内动脉瘤的测量结果产生的失真影响。方法一:在2D图像采集下用两个已知直径和大小的物体作为被测物和参照物,来模拟颅内动脉瘤所在位置和血管内校准物所在位置的关系;再分别把两个物体按照不同或相同的空间层面进行摆放,但摆放物体的范围要在探测器的视野内,随即曝光测量。方法二:采用两个已知直径和大小的物体放入视野的不同部位,作旋转3D成像,然后再把成像结果进行不同模式重建,重建后随即进行不同灰度和CT值下的自动像素校准后测量。结果分别对2D和3D图像采集下的测量值与真实值进行对比分析。结论分析测量值与真实值之间的误差产生的原因,如何在2D和3D的图像采集下尽量避免测量误差的产生,从而得出更精确的测量值,更有利于颅内动脉瘤的介入栓塞治疗。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the distortion of cone X-raybeam emitted by 3D FPD in measurement of intracranial aneurysms.Methods 1 In 2D image acquisition by two known diameter and the size of the object as analyte and reference,to simulate the location of intracranial aneurysms with endovascular calibration thing location.Then the two objects respectively according to different or the same space,but put on display in the scope of object in view of the detector to measure,and exposure.Methods 2 Using two known diameter and the size of the object in view of the different parts,detector for rotating 3D imaging.Then the imaging results for different pattern reconstruction,immediately after reconstruction for different gray and CT value of measure after automatic pixels calibration.result For 2D and 3D image acquisition under the measured value and the real value were analyzed.Conclusion The analysis of measuring value and the real value of the causes of error between 2D and 3D,and how to avoid the image acquisition under the measurement error,and concluded that more accurate measurements,is more advantageous in intracranial aneurysm embolization.
