西宁市UHPP项目药剂班培训效果评价

目的了解西宁市中英城市社区卫生服务与贫困救助(UHPP)项目药剂班培训效果。方法采取问卷调查、现场调查、随堂听课、座谈和个别访谈等形式对培训情况进行调查。结果100%的学员对培训感到满意,认为培训效果好,对社区卫生服务工作有帮助,并愿意接受再培训,66.7%的学员认为培训的内容有一定难度。结论西宁市UHPP项目面向社区卫生服务机构药剂人员的培训效果显著,对提高社区卫生服务机构药物人员的服务能力和业务水平是十分必要的,但在今后的培训中,学员选拔应制定纳入标准。

Evaluation of Training on Pharmacy Class on UHPP in Xining City

Objective To investigate the training results of the pharmacy class on China/UK Urban Health and Poverty Project(UHPP)in Xining city.Methods The ways of questionnaires,spot inquisitions,attending lecture,group conversations and special interviewing were taken to investigate the conditions of training.Results All students were satisfied with training,thinking that the training is effective,and helpful to the health service work in communities.So they would like to accept to train again.Some 66.7 % of them believed that the contents of the training are difficult in a certain degree.Conclusion The training of the pharmacy class on UHPP for personnel of the community health service organizations in Xining city is very effective.It is necessary to raise the service ability and professional level of the medical personnel in community health service organizations.However the standards in enrolling students should be established in the future.
