六味地黄丸浸膏对α-葡萄糖苷酶作用研究

目的研究六味地黄丸浸膏对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法利用冷浸得到六味地黄丸水提物,经醇沉、离心后,浓缩上清液得到其流浸膏。观察六味地黄丸浸膏对α-葡萄糖苷酶活力的影响及动力学类型,并进行有效成分鉴定。结果六味地黄丸浸膏对α-葡萄糖苷酶有抑制作用,呈量效关系,对该酶抑制类型为反竞争性抑制。氨水、α-萘酚、三氯化铁试剂反应均为阳性。结论六味地黄丸浸膏对该酶活力抑制作用可能与酚、糖苷类化合物有关。

Study on inhibitory effect of sodden ointment of Liuweidihuang Pills on alpha-Glucosidase

Objective It is to observe the inhibitory effect of the sodden ointment of Liuweidihuang Pills on α-Glucosidase.Methods The sodden ointment was obtained by immersing the Liuweidihuang Pills in water,and then precipitated ethanol and centrifugaled it and concentrated the supernatant.The inhibit effect and the inhibitory model of the sodden ointment of Liuweidihuang Pills on α-Glucosidase activity was observed.The ingredients of the extracts were authenticated.Results The sodden ointments inhibited the activity of α-Glucosidase and their effects depended on the dosage.The inhibitory model of the sodden ointment on α-Glucosidase was a uncompetitive inhibition.The tests of ammonia and α-naphthol and trichloride ferric were positive active.Conclusion The hydroxybenzene and glycoside compounds in the sodden ointment of the Liuweidihuang Pills may be the activated ingredient of inhibiting α-Glucosidase activity.
