摘 要: | 目的:为解决传统浸水测漏法的弊端,设计医用软式内窥镜干式测漏法智能检测电路控制系统,并进行实测分析。方法:通过调研临床需求,总结二次进水事故经验,利用智能化、自动化测漏手段设计出电路控制系统,准确掌握各电气部件的参数设置,对设计成品临床应用检测。结果:该设计通过高精度压力检测仪感应内窥镜漏气压力变化启动自动报警,无需浸泡水中即能准确进行内窥镜测漏,经140例临床测试,内窥镜测漏准确率达100%。结论:医用软式内窥镜干式测漏的电路控制系统达到自动化、智能化的技术要求,可有效提高内窥镜测漏安全性。

Design and implementation of intelligent detector of medical flexible-type endoscope in dry-type detection for leakage |

Abstract: | Objective:To design intelligent detection circuit control system of medical soft-type endoscope in dry-type detection method for leakage so as to overcome the disadvantages of traditional detection method with immersing in water for detecting leakage,and change the disadvantages of traditional detection method.Methods:By understanding the demands of clinical practices to summarize the accident experience of secondary inflow.By using intelligentized and automated mean for detecting leakage to design circuit control system so as to accurately grasp the settings of parameters in various electrical components.The designed finished products had been used in a mass of clinical experiments.Results:By using pressure detector with high precision,this designed product could induct the pressure change of air leakage of endoscope,thus launch automatic alarm.And it could accurately implement detection for leakage of endoscope but not was immersed in water.The results of 140 clinical detection indicated that the accuracy rate of endoscope in detecting leakage could reach 100%.Conclusion:The circuit control system of medical soft-type endoscope in dry-type detection for leakage can reach the technical demands of automation and intelligentization.And it can effectively enhance safety of endoscope in detecting leakage. |
