需氧菌性阴道炎与输卵管性不孕的临床研究

目的探讨需氧菌性阴道炎(aerobic vaginitis,AV)在输卵管性不孕患者中的发病情况及临床意义。方法以160例输卵管性不孕患者为观察组,200例有正常生育史的育龄女性为对照组,取阴道分泌物涂片及细菌培养,观察AV的发病情况。结果观察组确诊AV 31例(19.4%),对照组确诊AV 23例(11.5%),两组比较,具有统计学意义(P=0.038);观察组AV混合感染19例,其中AV+BV 16例(84.21%),对照组AV混合感染14例,其中AV+BV 6例(42.86%),具有统计学意义(P=0.024);细菌培养结果显示AV的致病菌主要为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。结论输卵管性不孕患者中AV的发病率明显高于正常育龄妇女;AV常以混合感染的形式存在,AV+BV混合感染更易导致不孕。

Clinical Study of Aerobic Vaginitis and Tubal Infertility

Objective To investigate the incidence and clinical significance of aerobic vaginitis(AV)in patients with tubal infertility.Methods 160 cases of tubal infertility patients were taken as the observation group,and 200 cases of women of childbearing age with normal reproductive history were taken as the control group.Vaginal secretions smear and bacterial culture were taken to observe the incidence of AV.Results There were 31 cases of AV diagnosed in the observation group(19.4%);23 cases of AV diagnosed in the control group(11.5%),with statistical significance(P=0.038).There were 19 cases of mixed AV infection in the observation group,including 16 cases of AV+BV(84.21%),and 14 cases of mixed AV infection in the control group,including 6 cases of AV+BV(42.86%),with statistical significance(P=0.024).The result of bacterial culture showed that the main pathogens of AV were escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion The incidence of AV in patients with tubal infertility was significantly higher than that in women of normal childbearing age.AV often exists in the form of mixed infection,and AV+BV infections are more likely to lead to infertility.
