阿莫西林联合替硝唑对急性肠胃炎作用分析

目的探讨并分析阿莫西林联合替硝唑对急性肠胃炎作用。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在本院诊治的90例急性肠胃炎患者的病例资料作为本次研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分成两组,各45例,对照组采用阿莫西林进行治疗,研究组采用阿莫西林治疗的同时使用替硝唑进行治疗,比较并分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应产生情况以及其生活质量。结果研究组的有效率为97.78%高于对照组的82.22%(P <0.05);研究组患者的不良反应产生率低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前所有患者的生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用阿莫西林联合替硝唑对急性肠胃炎患者实施诊治,不仅能够提高患者的生活水平,并发症较少,而且还具有很高的安全性。

Analysis of the Effect of Amoxicillin Combined With Tinidazole on Acute Gastroenteritis

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of amoxicillin combined with tinidazole on acute gastroenteritis. Methods The case data of 90 patients with acute gastroenteritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, each with 45 patients. Moxicillin was treated. The study group was treated with amoxicillin and tinidazole. The clinical treatment effects, adverse reactions and quality of life were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The effective rate in the study group was 97.78% higher than that in the control group 82.22%(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no difference in the quality of life scores of all patients before treatment. Statistical significance(P > 0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of amoxicillin combined with tinidazole in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with acute gastroenteritis can not only improve the patients’ living standards, but also have fewer complications and safety.
