| 摘 要： | 流行病学研究表明，腰围身高比值（WHtR）作为反应向心性肥胖的人体测量指标之一，对高血压具有良好的预测性。该文对WHtR指标特点，WHtR与高血压发生、患病相关关系，WHtR对高血压发生的预测能力以及基础医学研究中WHtR反映的向心性肥胖与高血压发生机制等方面进行综述。 |

| Abstract: | Epidemiological surveys show waist to height ratio （WHtR）, one ot the indicators ot central obesity, has a good prediction on hypertension. This article reviewed on the aspects of the characteristic of the WHtR, the correlation of WHtR and the incidence and prevalence of hypertension, the prediction of WHtR on hypertension and the mechanism between the central obesity reflected by WHtR and hypertension in the basic medical research, etc. |
