| 摘 要： | 采用回顾性队列调查法，对海勃湾矿务局（以下简称海局）尘肺工人胃癌、全肿瘤，进行了调查。调查结果表明：海局尘肺工人胃癌与当地人群胃癌死亡率比较Ｐ＜０．００５，ＲＲ７．８７，ＡＲ１３２．５，ＳＭＲ３６０，Ｐ＜０．００１。海局与当地全肿瘤死亡率分别为６０７．１／１０万与６２．５／１０万，Ｐ＜０．００５。海局尘肺工人胃癌、全肿瘤发病率均明显高于当地人群。

| Abstract: | A retrospective cohort study was made on gastric cancer and all tumors in coal workers of pneumoconiosis inthe Haibewan Coal Mine Bureau.The results indicated that the mortalities of gastric cancer and malignant tumor inworkers with pneumoconiosis were significantly higher than those of the local people(P<0.005),and RR=7.87,AR = 132.5, SMR=360( P <0.001 ).The total mortality of all tumors in staff and workers in Haibewan CoalMine Bureau was 607.1 per one hundred thousand,but only 62. 5 in local people(P<0.005). |
