规范化术前访视对手术效果的影响

目的探讨规范化术前访视对手术效果的影响。方法将126例手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组各63例。观察组给予规范化术前访视,对照组采用普通访视。观察2组访视前后焦虑情况及血压紧张性增高、心率增快发生率,且比较2组访视后对手术相关知识了解程度及配合率。结果 2组访视后焦虑情况均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组访视后血压紧张性增高及心率增快发生率均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组访视后对手术相关知识总掌握率为98.4%高于对照组的77.8%,配合率为82.5%高于对照组的54.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化术前访视可改善患者心理焦虑,维持血压心率稳定,提高患者对手术知识的认知和手术配合率,从而提高围术期护理质量。

Effect of standardized preoperative visiting on operation

Objective To explore the standardized preoperative visiting on operation effect. Methods 126 cases of surgical patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 63 cases. Observation group was given standardized preoperative interview, and control group was given ordinary visit. Observed the anxiety, incidence of blood pres- sure and heart rate before and after the visiting of two groups. Compared the operation knowledge and matching rates of two groups after visiting. Results Anxiety were improved of two groups after visiting （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and observation group demonstra- ted greater improvement than control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of blood pressure and heart rate after visiting were lower than those bofore visiting, and observation group was lower than control group, there were significant differences（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Af- ter visiting, the incidence of operation knowledge of observation group was 98.4% higher than 77.8% of control group, the matching rate of observation group was 82.5 % higher than 54.0% of control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The standardized preoperative interview can improve the patients＇ psychological anxiety, to main- tain blood pressure heart rate and stable operation,improve the patients＇ knowledge level and operation with rate,thereby im- proving peri operation period nursing quality.
