开腹胆囊切除术和腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后并发症发生率的比较

目的对比分析腹腔镜和传统开腹胆囊切除术术后患者并发症的发生率。方法将116例实施胆囊切除术患者随机分为腹腔镜组62例和传统组54例。腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术,传统组采用开腹胆囊切除术。比较2组术后感染、术后出血、胆汁瘘、阻塞性黄疸等并发症的发生率。结果腹腔镜组术后感染、术后出血、阻塞性黄疸发生率低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组胆汁瘘发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后并发症的发生率低于传统开腹胆囊切除术,具有创伤小、并发症少等优点。

Comparison of the incidence of postoperative complications of open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To compare the incidence of postoperative complications of open cholecystectomy and laparo- scopic eholecystectomy. Methods 116 patients with cholecystectomy were randomly divided into laparoscopic group （62 ca- ses） and traditional group （54 cases ）. Laparoscopie group were treated with laparoscopic cholecysteetomy, traditional group were treated with open cholecystectomy. Compared the incidence of postoperative infection, postoperative bleeding, biliary fistu- la, obstructive jaundice and other complications between two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative infection, postop- erative bleeding, obstructive jaundice of laparoscopic group were lower than those of traditional group, the differences were sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of bile fistula of two groups was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion The incidence of postoperative complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is lower than that of traditional open chole- cvstectomv, comoared with less trauma.fewer comnlication.
