非手术治疗急性阑尾炎的疗效研究

摘    要:目的观察非手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年1月—2012年1月我院普外科收治的急性阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组采用非手术方式治疗,对照组采用传统的阑尾炎切除术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而观察组的复发率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论非手术治疗急性阑尾炎与手术治疗急性阑尾炎有相似的临床效果,非手术治疗的并发症发生率低,但复发率高,临床应根据患者病情合理选择治疗方案。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treatment of acute appendicitis operation.Methods 2011 January-2012 January my courtyard general surgical treatment of patients with acute appendicitis in 100 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group,the observation group with non operation treatment,the control group used the traditional resection in the treatment of appendicitis.Comparing the two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results The observation group the significant effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05);the incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05);and the recurrence rate in observation group was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Non operation therapy of acute appendicitis with operation in the treatment of acute appendicitis have similar clinical effect,non operation treatment of the complication rate is low,but high rates of recurrence,clinical should according to the condition of patients with a reasonable choice of treatment.
