获得性免疫缺陷综合征患者多重药物过敏免疫状态分析

目的通过对获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者多重药物过敏的临床特点分析,探讨引起其多重药物过敏的原因。方法总结分析该院18例多重药物过敏的AIDS患者的临床表现、血细胞分类及诊治情况。结果 18例患者服药时间15～30d,以恶心、呕吐、腹痛、全身皮疹及肝功能损害为主要表现。皮损表现为麻疹样型、多形红斑型、血管水肿型、紫癜型、荨麻疹型及痤疮样等。停药后给予抗过敏、抗炎及对症治疗,其中14例患者过敏症状减轻或消失,转院2例,死亡2例。结论 AIDS患者服药过程中,可发生多重过敏反应,为AIDS患者死亡的重要原因之一,应引起重视。

Analysis of multiple drug allergy immune status of patient with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome

Objective To explore the reasons of multiple drug hypersensitivity of acquired immunodeficiency syn- drome（AIDS） patients through analyzing its clinical characteristics. Methods The clinical manifestations, classification of blood cells,diagnosis and treatment of 18 AIDS patients with multiple drug hypersensitivity in my hospital were summarized and analyzed. Results The time of taking medicine of 18 patients ranged from 15 ~ 30d, with nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, body rashes and liver dysfunction as their main clinical manifestations. Lesions showed measles-like type, polymorphic erythe- ma,vaseular edema, purpura type, urticaria, and acne-like type. After given anti-allergy, anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment,the allergy symptoms of 14 cases were relieved or disappeared,2 patients were transferred to another hospital and 2 patients died. Conclusion The multiple drug hypersensitivity can occur in the medication process of AIDS patients, which is one of the significant causes of AIDS deaths and should attach importance to it.
