| 摘 要： | 目的建立清脑降压片中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,用C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-冰乙酸(40:60:1)为流动相,流速为1.00ml/min,检测波长317nm。结果本法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.60%,RSD为0.82%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,分离效果好,可用于清脑降压片的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of Baicalin for Qiangnaojiangya Tablets. Methods The HPLC with a C18 column（150mm×4.6mm, 5μm）was used.Methanol-0.05mol/L Potassium phosphate monobasic buffer solution-Acetic acid glacial （40：60：1）was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.00mL/min, and the detection wavelength was at 317nm.Results The method has a good linear dependuce. The average recovery of loading sample was 99.60%,RSD was 0.82%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is convenient for a good resolution and can be used for the quality control of Qingnaojiangya Tablets. |
