| 摘 要： | 目的观察优质护理模式对全膝关节置换术后效果的影响。方法选择将110例全膝关节置换患者随机分成两组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予优质护理,在术后疼痛程度、关节活动度、下肢静脉血栓发生率、腓总神经损伤发生率等方面进行对比分析。结果在术后疼痛、关节活动度、腓总神经损伤发生率上,实验组明显好于对照组,差异有显著性。而在下肢静脉血栓发生率上无显著性差异。结论优质护理模式能有效提高全膝关节置换术后效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing pattern on the patients with total knee replace.Methods 110 patients with total knee replace were divided into two groups, each group of 55 patients. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the experimental group was given high quality nursing. The data was collected for statistical analysis on the following aspects：ache degree, joint activity, lower limb vein thrombus formation rate, fibular common nerve injury rate. Results The experimental group was better than the control group in the joint activity, lower limb vein thrombus formation rate, and fibular common nerve injury rate. The difference had the statistical significance. But the lower limb vein thrombus formation rate showed non-statistical difference. Conclusion The high quality nursing pattern can enhance the effect of total knee replace. |
