侵袭性曲霉病发病情况及诊治现状

侵袭性曲霉病是免疫抑制患者感染条件致病真菌引起的深部真菌感染。病情凶险，病死率很高。随着免疫抑制患者的增加，侵袭性曲霉病发病率也逐年增加，由于患者初期症状不明显，所以早期诊断比较困难，且现有的抗真菌药抗菌谱窄、毒性大，患者病死率居高不下，急需高效低毒的抗真菌药物来改善这一现状。

Invasive aspergillosis is one of common causes of death in patients with hematologic malignancies and bone marrow transplant recipients .The high mortality is due in part to difficulties in timelydiagnosis because signs and symptoms are often nonspecific or are attenuated as a result of medication such as corticosteroids.In addition to the profound and persistent net state of immunosuppression in patients who develop invasive aspergillosis,intrinsic or secondary antifungal resistanceand the toxicity may also account for high mortality.
