| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟中药汤剂结合西医治疗胆源性消化不良的临床效果和安全性。方法 60例胆源性消化不良患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用用中医汤剂治疗,并观察两组的疗效及副作用。结果治疗组有效率为92.3%,对照组有效率为71.8%。结论采用中西医结合治疗胆源性消化不良疗效确切,安全性高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating biliary dyspepsia use combination of Chinese tradiational and western medicine.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,taking western medical therapy in control group,taking combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine in treatment group,the effects and side effect were observed.Results The efficiency of treatment group rate was 92.3%,the control group was 71.8%.Conclusion Treating biliary dyspepsia use combination of Chinese tradiational and western medicine has a good effect and safety. |
