| 摘 要： | 目的通过对女性骨盆骨折合并尿道损伤等并发症进行分析,探讨有效的治疗方法。方法收集笔者所在医院近10年骨盆骨折尿道损伤病例7例的临床资料,并对诊断和治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 7例患者尿道连续性均恢复。结论尿道端端吻合术是女性尿道断裂的首选方法,必要时可行尿道会师术。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the treatment of female pelvic fractures unite urethral injury and find an effective treatment for clinical.Methods Selected clinical data of the 7 cases of pelvic fracture unite urethral injury from our hospital nearly 10 years,retrospectivly analyzed the diagnosis and treatment.Results 7 cases with urinary tract all had continuity restored.Conclusion Urethral anastomosis is the preferred method of female urethral rupture,if necessary,urethral realignment surgery is feasible. |
