冠状动脉介入性诊治术后出血并发症分析

目的分析冠状动脉造影(CAG)及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后出血并发症的原因及防治策略。方法总结278例冠状动脉介入诊治后出血并发症情况,其中单纯CAG术174例,急诊PCI术42例,择期PCI术62例。结果出血并发症18例,发生率为6.47%。血管径路出血并发症12例,发生率为4.32%,其中穿刺部位皮下淤血及血肿9例,8例痊愈,1例死亡;假性动脉瘤3例,均痊愈。血管径路外出血6例,发生率为2.16%,5例痊愈,1例死亡。结论冠状动脉介入性诊治术后的出血并发症,处理适当预后良好,处理不当可导致严重后果,甚至死亡。

Analysis of hemorrhagic complication after coronary intervention

Objective To analyze the hemorrhagic complications after coronary angiography(CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The hemorrhagic complications were observed in 278 patients,including 174 patients of CAG,42 patients of emergency PCI and 62 patients of selective PCI.Results Hemorrhagic complications occurred in 18 patients(6.74%).Vessel pathway complications occurred in 12 patients(4.32%),including 9 patients of congestion and hematoma,8 healing patients and 1 dead patient.There were 3 healing patients of pseudoaneurysm.Hemorrhagic besides puncture vascular occurred in 6 patients(2.16%),including 5 healing patients and 1 dead patient.Conclusion Hemorrhagic complications after coronary intervention can be cured by reasonable treatment.Unreasonable treatment will lead to serious problems,even death.
