护理干预对肺结核患者治疗效果的影响

目的:探讨肺结核患者的护理方法.方法:对130例肺结核患者随机分为对照组和观察组各65例,对照组给予常规治疗与护理,观察组给予精心全面的个性化护理方案.结果:观察组临床治愈41例,好转22例,总有效率96.92%;对照组临床治愈30例,好转14例,总有效率为67.69%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:做好肺结核患者的各方面护理,休息与体位及饮食指导,病情观察,健康教育等护理措施,对患者的疗效及预后起着重要作用.

Impact of nursing intervention on the curative effect of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective: To explore the methods of nursing care of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods: 130 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(65 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing care and the patients in the observation group were given careful and comprehensive individualized nursing care.Results: 41 patients were cured and 22 patients improved in the observation group,the total effective rate was 96.92%;30 patients were cured and 14 patients improved in the control group,and the total effective rate was 67.69%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Careful nursing care,guidance on posture and diet,observation on patient’s condition and health education play an important role in improving the curative effect and prognosis of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
