高龄前列腺增生症行经尿道前列腺腔内剜除术30例围术期护理

目的:探讨高龄前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺腔内剜除术的围术期护理方法.方法:对30例患者术前进行心理护理,做好术前准备;术后密切观察生命体征,做好持续膀胱冲洗、体位、排泄、拔管的护理,观察及防止术后出血,预防电切综合征和膀胱痉挛,并做好出院指导.结果:本组患者术程顺利,手术时间为45～70 min,住院4～7 d.术后3 d内创面严重出血1例,尿管堵塞2例,经对症处理后均治愈出院.大部分患者随访3～24个月,无远期严重并发症发生.结论:对高龄前列腺增生症患者实施前列腺腔内剜除术并做好围术期的护理可减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间、提高手术成功率、促进康复.

Perioperative nursing care in the treatment of 30 advanced patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral enucleative resection of prostate

Objective:To explore the methods of perioperative nursing care in the treatment of advanced patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral enucleative resection of prostate.Methods:The comprehensive and careful perioperative nursing care was given to 30 patients,including preoperative psychological care,preoperative preparation,postoperative close observation of vital signs,continuous bladder irrigation,posture care,extubation care,observation and prevention of postoperative hemorrhage,prevention of transurethral resection syndrome and bladder spasm and the guidance on the discharge.Results:The operation time was 45 ~70 minutes and hospitalization time was 4 ~7 days.The severe bleeding of wound occurred in one patient within 3 days after operation,catheter blockage in 2 patients and they were all cured after proper treatment.Most of the patients were followed up for 3~24 months and no long-term complications occurred.Conclusion:The careful perioperative nursing care can reduce the suffering of the patients,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the success rate of operation and promote the rehabilitation in the treatment of advanced patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral enucleative resection of prostate.
