| 摘 要： | 目的评价消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效。方法 100例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予蒙脱石散,观察组在对照组用药的基础上,给予消旋卡多曲颗粒。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应事件。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿疗效可靠,副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of racecadotril granules treatment of rotavirus enteritis.Methods 100 patients with rotavirus enteritis were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received montmorillonite powder treatment.The observer group received montmorillonite powder treatment combined with racecadotril granules.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 96% higher than 82% in the control group,with significant difference(P < 0.05).The two groups found no serious adverse reaction cases.Conclusion It’s good efficacy that racecadotril granules treatment of rotavirus enteritis,the side effect is small. |
