| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨经皮肝穿胆道引流术(Percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage,PTCD)在恶性梗阻性黄疸中的应用价值。[方法]在透视下对108例恶性梗阻黄疸行PTCD,并观察疗效及并发症发生情况。[结果]108例均穿刺成功,术后患者血清胆红素和转氨酶较术前显著下降,全身情况改善。并发症发生率5.6%,包括:胆汁外漏1例,休克2例,引流管移位1例,脱落2例。[结论]PTCD是治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸的安全和有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective]To study the value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage(PTCD)for the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice.[Methods]One hundred and eight patients with malignant obstructive jaundice were treated with PTCD. The puncture for drainage was performed under fluoroscopic guidance.[Results]All the patients were drained successfully,the levels of serum bilirubin and transaminase decreased significantly after the procedure. The incidence of complications was 5.6%,which consisted of bile leakage(1 patient),shock(2 patients),catheter shifting(1 patient)and displacement(2 patients).[Conclusions]It is an effective and safe method to treat malignant obstructive jundice with PTCD. |
