| 摘 要： | 测定血清中前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)是目前公认的前列腺癌指标之一，随着检测技术的发展，单纯检测PSA特异性不高。近年采用前列腺特异性相关指标：游离PSA(F-PSA)与总PSA(T-PSA)的比值、前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)、前列腺特异性抗原移行区密度(PSAT)、前列腺特异性抗原速度(PSA速度)作为前列腺癌诊断监测指标，大大提高了前列腺癌的诊断率．F／T、PSAD、PSAT、PSA速度为前列腺癌早期发现、监测及预后提供重要帮助。

| Abstract: | Detecting the serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) is considered as one of the gold standards in diagnosis of prostate cancer.As the development of detecting technology,only one indicator of PSA is not satisfied with the specialty.Some relative specific indicators,such as the ratio of free PSA and total PSA,prostate specific antigen density,PSAT and PSA speed,are served as the detecting indicators.By measuring these indicators,the rate of accurate diagnosis for prostate cancer has been improved remarkably,which is beneficial to the early finding and early treatment. |
