甲状腺疾病妇女的孕前保健

甲状腺疾病是育龄妇女最常见内分泌疾病之一,可分为孕前原有甲状腺疾病和妊娠期伴发甲状腺疾病两类。本文聚焦育龄妇女孕前原有甲状腺疾病的孕前保健。若育龄妇女孕前原有甲状腺疾病在病情控制不稳定时妊娠,则无论有临床症状或症状不明显,均可对母胎产生不良影响。研究表明,通过孕前医学检查,可发现甲状腺疾病妇女是否存在对妊娠有不良影响的因素,若及时针对这些不良影响因素给予相应的孕前咨询和指导,并提出相应干预措施,则可达到改善甲状腺疾病患者的妊娠结局,减少先天畸形儿出生的目的 。
