地中海贫血筛查及相关项目分析

目的 :了解开平市新生儿地中海贫血的发病因素和发病情况 ,为优生优育、提高人口素质提供可靠数据 ,以及制订卫生工作政策提供依据 ,从婚前、产前、新生儿各阶段进行优生监测 ,降低出生缺陷。方法 :地中海贫血 (简称地贫 )一管筛查法。从 2 0 0 2年 3月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月就诊的 3种对象中进行地贫筛查、血常规和 B超检查。结果 :两年的地贫筛查异常率 :婚检分别为 7.0 5 %和 6 .77% ;孕妇产前检查分别为 6 .81%和 2 .82 % ;新生儿分别为 5 .6 3%和 2 .6 9%。两年中地贫异常率 2 0 0 3年明显低于 2 0 0 2年 ,两者异常率经检验 ,χ2 =4 .15 ,P<0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论 :要降低新生儿地贫发生率必须做好婚前检查、产前做地贫筛查 ,并在各阶段针对可能发生的因素提出干预措施

Objective:To understand the disease occurrence factor and disease occurrence information of Mediterranean Anemia on newborns in Kaiping,and provide reliable data for producing or nursing a child as well as improving population quality,according as the data to institute sanitary work policy to perform better birth supervision in every phases from pre marriage,pre production,newborns,so as to lower the birth disfigurement Methods:Mediterranean Anemia(MA),screen method with one tube Harl performed Mediterranean Amenia screen,blood routine examination and B ultrasonic respectively on three kinds of objects diagnosed in the health care center from March 2002 to October 2003 Results:The abnormity rate of Mediterranean Anemia within this two years:Premarital examination respectively:7 05% and 6 77%;pre production examination of pregnant women respectively:6 81% and 2 82%;newborns respectively:5 63% and 2 69% The year of 2003 was apparently lower than the year of 2002 about abnormity rate of Mediterranean Anemia within this two years,less 2 94%,both χ 2=4 15, P <0 05,there is a remarkable difference Conclusion:It is necessary to have premarital examination and Mediterranean Anemia screen before giving birth to a baby in ordet to lower the occurrence rate of Mediterranean Anemia on newborns,and put forward interference measures aimed at possible befalling factors in every phases
