珠江三角洲地区卫生监督机构人力资源配置分析

摘    要:目的在广东省珠三角地区卫生监督机构人员少,任务重的新形势下,了解卫生监督机构科室人力资源配置现况。方法采用普查方式,对珠江三角洲地区9市的59个卫生监督所进行调查研究,应用SPSS16.0软件对卫生监督机构科室人力资源配置状况进行统计分析。结果珠三角地区卫生监督机构卫生执法、行政后勤和综合业务科室三类科室人员比例合理,广佛肇、珠中江、深莞惠三地区人员科室分布存在差异;三类科室在三地区人员职能分布差异有统计学意义;卫生监督人员年龄多数集中在31~40,41~50岁两个年龄段;三地区三类科室人员专业及学历分布存在差异。结论卫生监督人员数量绝对数不足,各类科室人员配置比例合理,并设立了如饮用水监督等独立专业科室,但人员专业和学历存在着科室差异和地区差异。

Study on human resource allocation for Health Inspection Services in Pearl River Delta region

Abstract:Objective To investigate the human resource allocation for health inspection services in the pearl river delta region.Methods A general survey was conducted to investigate 59 health inspection institutes. SPSS16.0 software was applied for analyzing the status of human resources allocation in the departments of health inspection agencies.Results The proportion of three kinds of departments in this region was reasonable. There were statistical significant differences in personal function, education background and major of the staff.Suggestions The allocation of human resource in each department of the health inspection is reasonable, and some specific departments have been established, such as the inspection for drinking water, however, there is difference between major and education background of the staff varied with the departments and regions they worked in.
