结果测量在护理管理中的应用

目的：把结果测量的方法应用于护理管理,从而发现问题加以改进。方法：用结果测量法设计问卷,在住院病人中随机发放原有的及新设计的护理工作满意度测评表各100份。结果：原有的测评表只能发现那些护士行为需要改进,但其效果无法评估;新设计的测评表可将结果与行为联系起来,能发现问题所在,有利于有效改进。

Application of Outcome Measurement in Nursing Management

Objective: We try to apply outcome measurment to nursing management so as to find and resllve the problems in time . Method: We designed the measurement questionnaire with the method of outcome measurement, and randomly sampled 100 in -patients and made them fill two kinds (previous and new edition) of questionnaires respectively, which measure their satisfaction on nursing work. Result: With previous questionnaires, we can only evaluate behaviors of nurses, which need to he improved, but we can't evaluae effect of nurses' behavior. The new questionnaire can combine effect measurement with behavior measurement, and can find the existed problems. It is more advantaged to resolve them effectively.
