| 摘 要： | 目的建立顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定血液中酒精含量的分析方法，为使用该方法测量血液中酒精含量提供依据。方法采用顶空进样，HP-5毛细管柱分离，顶空温度为50℃，平衡时间30min，保留时间定性，峰面积定量。结果酒精含量为2．0-40．0mg／100ml范围内线性良好，相关系数为0．999，回收率92％～104％，相对标准偏差小于4％。结论该方法快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高，可用于血液中酒精含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of ethanol in blood by Headspace Capillary Gas Chro- matography. Methods The headspace temperature was 50℃ and the equilibrium time was 30 min. HP -5 column was selected for separating. Headspace capillary gas chtomatography, retention time was qualitation. Peak area was quantitated. Results The linear range of the determination was 2.0 - 40.0mg/100ml, The recovery range was 92% - 104% and the RSD was less than 4%. Conclusion The method was rapid, simple, precise and high sensitivity and befited to determine ethanol in blood. |
