摘    要:
目的建立顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定血液中酒精含量的分析方法,为使用该方法测量血液中酒精含量提供依据。方法采用顶空进样,HP-5毛细管柱分离,顶空温度为50℃,平衡时间30min,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果酒精含量为2.0-40.0mg/100ml范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999,回收率92%~104%,相对标准偏差小于4%。结论该方法快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高,可用于血液中酒精含量测定。

Abstract:
Objective To develop a method for the determination of ethanol in blood by Headspace Capillary Gas Chro- matography. Methods The headspace temperature was 50℃ and the equilibrium time was 30 min. HP -5 column was selected for separating. Headspace capillary gas chtomatography, retention time was qualitation. Peak area was quantitated. Results The linear range of the determination was 2.0 - 40.0mg/100ml, The recovery range was 92% - 104% and the RSD was less than 4%. Conclusion The method was rapid, simple, precise and high sensitivity and befited to determine ethanol in blood.
