摘    要:目的了解影响病案复印服务满意度的主要原因,提出改进优化措施,促进病案复印服务质量与满意度持续提高,更好地为患者服务。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对来复印病案资料人员开展问卷调查。结果通过改进服务流程和实施针对存在的问题而提出的改进措施,病案复印服务各项内容的满意度均有所提高。结论实施改进措施后病案复印服务满意度明显提高,复印过程中存在的问题明显减少,这说明改进措施是行之有效的,值得引入并加以推广。

Abstract:Objective To understand the main reasons which affecting the medical record copy service satisfaction, put forward the improvement measures, to promote the medical record copy service quality and satisfaction continued to improve, and provide better service for patients. Methods By using the method of questionnaire, to investigate personnel who copy medical records. Results We put forward the improvement measures by improving the service process and implementation according to the existing problems. Satisfaction rate of All contents of medical photocopy services are improved. Conclusion Medical record copy service satisfaction has improved significantly after carrying out the improvment. The existing problems in the process of copying significantly reduced, the measures are effective, is worth to introduce and promote.
