| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析病历资料的语言特点,独创性提出一种电子病历录入模块.通过将病历语言分解为短语,在电子病历系统中将这些短语以选项的形式呈现,医务人员通过单击选项即可完成大部份的录入工作,并实现了床旁在平板电脑上实时书写病历,极大地提高了病历书写效率、时效性及准确性. |

| Abstract: | To put forward a kind of input modules in a intelligent electronic medical record system originally by analyze the language features of medical records materials. To divide the language of medical records into phrases and present in the forms of options in the electronic medical record system, the medical staff could finish mostly input work by click on options. And this could realize the real-time writing of medical records on tablet computer bedside, and improve the writing efficiency, timehness and accuracy of medical records greatly. |
