中国林蛙栖息地环境质量评价

摘    要:
目的通过测定中国林蛙栖息地的土壤、水中重金属含量,初步评价其生态环境质量,为探讨中国林蛙及其生态环境中重金属含量的相关性奠定基础。方法参照国家环保局《环境检测分析方法》布点采样,采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法测定中国林蛙养殖地土壤和水中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属的含量。结果中国林蛙栖息地水质中铅、镉、砷、汞符合国家Ⅰ类标准;Y1、Y2产地水质中铜元素符合国家Ⅱ类标准、Y3产地越冬池水中铜元素符合国家Ⅰ类标准。Y1产地土壤中铅、汞符合国家二级标级,铜符合国家一级标级,镉符合国家三级标准,砷超出国家标准;Y2产地土壤中铅符合国家一级标准,镉、砷符合国家三级标准,铜、汞符合国家二级标准;Y3产地土壤中铜符合国家一级标准,铅、汞符合国家二级标准,镉、砷符合国家三级标准。结论中国林蛙栖息地生态环境质量符合国家相关标准规定,该环境下所养殖的中国林蛙及其产哈蟆油具有一定的安全性。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate preliminarily the ecological environmental quality of the habitat of Rana chensinensis by determining its content of heavy metals in the soil and water to lay the foundation for the correlation between Rana chensinensis and heavy metal content of its habitat. Methods According to"analysis method of environmental testing"by the national environmental protection bureau,we used Atomic absorption and Atomic fluorescence to measure the content of lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,copper in soil and water of its habitat. Results The content of Lead,cadmium,arsenic and mercury in the water of Rana chensinensis habitat complies with national standard I; the copper element of habitats of Y1 and Y2 is in accordance with national standard II、the copper element of Yuedong pool in Y3 complies with national standard I. Lead and mercury in the soil of Y1 accord with national level two. Copper accords with national level one. Cadmium accords with national level three. Arsenic is beyond the national standard; Lead in the soil of Y2 conforms to the national standard I. Cadmium and arsenic conforms to the national standard III. Copper and mercury meet the national standard II; Copper in the soil of Y3 conforms to the national standard I. Lead and mercury meets the national standard II. Cadmium and arsenic conform to the national standard III. Conclusion The ecological environment quality of the habitat of Rana chensinensis is in conformity with the provisions of the relevant national standards. The cultivation of Rana chensinensis under such environment has certain safety.
