心理干预对担负野外驻训任务官兵心理健康的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对担负野外驻训任务官兵心理健康的影响。方法：将空军某地面部队担负野外驻训任务的342名官兵随机分为甲乙2组,对甲组178人采取全程心理干预措施,乙组164人仅按常规进行有关军政教育;使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）分别在执行任务前及执行任务2个月后评定2组官兵的心理健康状况,并进行比较分析。结果：执行任务前甲乙2组SCL-90总分及各因子得分差异均无统计学意义,且2组除恐怖因子外的均值均低于中国军人常模;在执行任务2个月后2组官兵SCL-90总分及各因子分除抑郁因子外差异均有统计学意义,且乙组得分高于甲组及中国军人常模,但乙组抑郁因子得分低于中国军人常模。结论：心理干预对保障官兵执行特殊任务时的心理健康有明显效果。

Influence of Psychological Intervention on the Mental Health of Officers and Soldiers During Field Training

Objective： To investigate the influence of psychological intervention on the mental health of officers and soldiers during field training. Methods： A total of 342 officers and soldiers in ground troops of air force during field training were randomly divided into group A and group B. A total of 178 officers and soldiers in group A were taken measures of whole course psychological intervention,and 164 officers and soldiers in group B were carried out ideological and political education as normal. Officers and soldiers in two groups were measured respectively by using SCL-90 before the task and after 2 months later,the data thus were compared and analyzed. Results： Before the task,there were no significant differences in total score of SCL-90 and factor scores between two groups,and the means of two groups were lower than that in the norm of Chinese recruit except terror. And after 2 months later,there were significant differences in total score of SCL-90 and different factor scores except depression between two groups. The scores in group B was apparently higher than that in group A and in norm of Chinese recruit,but depression score was cower than that in norm of Chinese recruit. Conclusion： Psychological intervention has a positive influence on supporting the soldiers’ mental health in performing a task.
