医学院校大学生思想素质分析与思考

目的 培养具有新世纪人格特征的医科大学生。方法在各年级段医科大学生中开展问卷调查，并进行分析，总结。结果当代医学生具有以下特点：关注并冷静思考热点问题；呈现现实化，多样化的思想特征，重视自身素质培养；积极进取，奋发向上是其思想主流。在政治热情。价值判断能力。意志品质和心理承受能力等方面明显不足。结论从情理教育，社会实践以及增强启迪引导的针对性和实效性等方面入手，加强德育工作的针对性和实效性，是提高大学生思想素质的重要渠道和必要手段。

Analysis of Thought Diathesis of Medical College Students

Objective To investigate the educational model of cultivating medical students with new century personality characteristic. Methods Students of medical department in various grades section answered the purposeful questionnaire. The materials were analyzed and summarized. Results Contemporary medical students have the following realistic and diverse thought characteristics: paying attention to hot topics, pondering them dispassionately, trying to improve their own quality, being positive and enterprising. But the limitation of thought, such as politics passion, quality of value judgment, volition quality, bearing capacity et al, was obviously. Conclusions The important channel and the essential method to improve the thought quality of university students is strengthening the pertinency and efficiency of the moral education in following aspects: the reason education, the social practice, and the edification and guidance for thoughtway.
