摘 要: | 目的探讨应用单纤丝血管内穿刺法建立兔急性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)模型的可行性。方法将58只日本大耳兔随机分成3组,其中A组(12只)用于进行颈动脉系统血管造影,以观察颈动脉系统的走行特点及分支情况;B组(8只)为假手术组;C组(36只)用于观察单纤丝血管内穿刺法制作兔SAH的稳定性和可重复性。模型制作成功后,按出血时间分为出血后6h、12h组和24h组,利用多层螺旋CT平扫和CT灌注成像对各组模型动物的SAH进行评估,并行兔脑血管造影评价出血情况。结果出血6hCT平扫兔SAH明显,脑血管造影可见明显弥散影;出血24h组CT灌注成像显示脑血流量、脑血容量下降及平均通过时间延长。结论应用单纤丝血管内穿刺法建立的兔急性SAH模型结果可靠且具有可操作性和可重复性。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate how to improve the stability of monofilament endovascular puncture subarachnoid hemorrhage model in rabbits. Methods Fifty-two Japan white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: A,BandC. Cerebral angiography of carotid arteries were performed in Group A (n=12) to observe the gross morphology of carotid arteries. Group B (n=8) was sham-operated. The stability and reproducibility of monofilament endovascular puncture subarachnoid hemorrhage model was investigated in group C (n=36).After the monofilament had been punctured the artery successfully in group C, multisiice CT noncontrast scan and multislice CT perfusion imaging were performed at 6h,12h,and 24h .Part of the rabbits were examined by cerebral angiography. Results CT noncontrast scan was found subarachnoid hemorrhage obviously, Cerebral angiography was found diffusion imaging ,obviously low cerebral blood flow, low cerebral blood volume,prolong mean transit time were found in CT perfusien mappings after 24h in group C. Conclusion monofilament endovascular puncture subarachnoid hemorrhage model in rabbits is stability and reproduceible. |
