中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2009年12月～2010年12月126例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为两组,观察组63例患者采用中西医结合治疗;对照组63例患者采用常规西医方法治疗。观察两组总体疗效。结果:观察组治愈42例(66.67%),好转18例(28.57%),总有效率95.24%;对照组治愈27例(42.86%),好转17例(26.98%),总有效率为69.84%;两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效显著,是保守治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的有效方法。

Clinical observation on treating osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture in the integrative medicine

Objective: To observe the combination therapy of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture efficacy.Methods: A hospital in December 2009～2010 December 126 cases of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups to observe the group of 63 patients were treated with the combination therapy;the control group of 63 patients conventional western medicine treatments.Overall efficacy were observed.Results: The cure 42 cases(66.67%),improved in 18 cases(28.57%),total effective rate 95.24%;control group cured 27 cases(42.86%),improved in 17 cases(26.98%),total effective rate was 69.84%;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination therapy of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures significantly,the conservative treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures of the effective method.
