临床路径在住院糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

目的探讨临床路径在住院糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将2010年1—12月在北京市怀柔区中医医院内分泌科住院的糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统的健康教育方法,试验组采用临床路径进行健康教育,对住院10 d以上的130例患者(每组各65例)出院时进行问卷调查,比较2组健康教育工作达标情况及患者相关知识掌握情况。结果试验组健康教育工作达标率(98.46%)及患者相关知识掌握率(95.38%)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论应用临床路径对住院患者进行健康教育,提高了健康教育工作质量及患者对相关知识的掌握情况,从而促进患者的遵医行为与健康行为,提高自我健康意识,提高生活质量。

Application of clinical pathway in health education of inpatients with diabetes mellitus

[Objective]To study the application effect of clinical pathway in health education of inpatients with diabetes mellitus.[Methods]The diabetes mellitus patients who were？hospitalized in Endocrinology Department of Huairou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2010 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given traditional health education method,and the study group received clinical pathway health education.130 patients whose hospitalization time was more than 10 days received questionnaires survey at discharge,65 cases in each group.The standard-reaching rate of health education and grasp rate of related knowledge in two groups were compared.[Results]The standard-reaching rate of health education（98.46%） and grasp rate of related knowledge（95.38%） of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The clinical pathway health education in inpatients can enhance the quality of health education,and improve healthy self consciousness and quality of life.
