| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较综合针灸疗法和单纯针灸治疗顽固性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：治疗纰采用针刺配合艾条灸、穴位注射治疗，对照组采用单纯针灸治疗。结果：治疗组32例，总有效率达96．9％．较单纯针刺治疗（有效率为53．6％）差异有显著性意义。结论：针灸、穴位注射综合治疗，有助于提高顽固性面瘫的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observe more comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and clinical curative effect of treating the obstinate facial paralysis of simple acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: Treat group adopt acupuncture mix Hat Yai pieces of moxibustion, point is it treat to inject, contrast group adopt simple acupuncture and moxibustion treat. Results: 32 cases in Treat group, is always up to 96.9%, having remarkable effect compared with that only with acupancture(53.6%). Conclusion: Comprehensive treatments of the acupuncture and moxibustion, point injection can contribute to improving the curative effect of the obstinate facial paralysis. |
